“ Squeaky Clean” Standard Cleaning Package

Kitchen/Dining Room: Appliances will be wiped and cleaned. Counters and cabinet exterior will be wiped and cleaned. Tables and chairs will be wiped down and polished if needed. Floors will be swept, vacuumed and mopped. All trash bins will be emptied and liners will be replaced.

Bathrooms: Counters and cabinet exterior will be wiped and cleaned. Bathtubs will be cleaned inside and out including walls and shower heads. Walk-In showers will be cleaned from top to bottom including shower door. Toilets will be scrubbed and cleaned. Water rings in toilets will be removed if possible. Mirrors and wall art will be dusted and wiped down. Floors will be swept, vacuum and mopped. All trash bins will be emptied and liners will be replaced.

Living/Family Room: Fireplace mantles, furniture, wall art and pictures will be dusted and wiped down. Window/Sills and blinds will be cleaned. Lamps and other items will be dusted and cleaned. Floors will be swept, vacuumed, and mopped. All trash bins will be emptied and liners will be replaced.

Bedrooms: Clean windows/sills/ and blinds. Ceiling fans dusted and cleaned. Lamps and bedroom furniture will be wiped and cleaned. Beds will be made. Empty trash bins and replace liner. Light organization of personal items. Floors will be swept, vacuumed and mopped.

Stairs/Hallway/Foyer: Wipedown windows/sills/blinds. Dust and wipe down mirrors, wall art, pictures etc. Floors will be swept, vacuumed and mopped Trash bins will be emptied and liners will be replaced. Stair railings will be wiped and cleaned.

“ The Maid Did It “ Deep Cleaning Package:

Includes a more thorough cleaning process.

  • Ceiling fans, floors and vents will be cleaned and vacuumed.

  • Light Fixtures including sconce type will be cleaned inside and out.

  • Blinds, curtain rails,stairways and banisters will be dusted.

  • Cabinets and drawers will be wiped clean.

  • Woodwork including doors, trim, cabinets, drawers, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails and molding will be wiped down.

  • Wooden or laminate flooring will be swept/mopped and polished. Countertops will be wiped clean.

  • Interior and exterior of the oven will be scrubbed including drip pans.

  • Bed linen will be changed and made.

  • Closets will be vacuumed or mopped with light organization of personal items.

  • A load of laundry is included in this package however, there will be a service fee for each additional load. All appliances will be wiped down and cleaned.

The Process

 The Process of Our A&S Cleaning Magic

 

Get In Contact.  There are multiple ways for you to get a hold of one of our representatives! 

Whether it’s facebook, phone, or quote application. 

Theres just a few things we will need: 

  • The location of the  residence, or commercial business

  • The Square Footage

  • Specifications of your cleaning expectations

 

Get a quote. After you have sent the information needed, our representative will contact you ASAP and present you with a personalized quote. Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will set up a date and time with you.

 

Pay deposit. We will send you an invoice of your deposit (Quotes under $250 require a Mandatory $50 Deposit, and Quotes over $250 require a Mandatory Deposit of $100) to confirm your appointment date and time. The deposit is non-refundable. In the meantime, we will send you details on your preferred package and our policy via email.

 

Day of service. 

  • First walkthrough. We will have a representative discuss which items you do not want touched or cleaned, things you may want to add onto your personalized package, and any other questions you may have.

  • Cleaning. 

  • Second walkthrough. Before we leave, we will do another walkthrough with you until you are satisfied with our cleaning service. 

Final payment. Shortly after, we will send you a final invoice. 

 

After our service. Please feel free to provide a review on our cleaning services, as well as referring family and friends!
